  • please dont buy any thing from

    zappideals.
They are fake, I bought samsung S3 via this website, i waited for three months and they did not delivered the phone. I sent them mails daily and they kept on saying we r sorting it out. Finally after waiting for three months I reported to Fraud Action and they helped me to get my money back. About nhs discounts daily I have seen on their facebook pages many people like me were daily asking for the products they have ordered and when questions increased, they removed the page from Facebook. So be careful they are not delivering the products purchased before and still the website is going on.
plz inform fraud action online about them or contact wth ur bank if u want refund ur money.otherwise they wont give u anything ........
plz dnt buy any deal from them :mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:
  • I ordered the Kindle (as advertised in b3ta.com newsletter) and didn't receive it.

I received a couple of letters (on Oct 1st and 4th) explaining that I need to send an email to mail@zappideals.com with "Claim" as the subject and my full name and voucher code in the email. I don't have a voucher code, so I'm not sure what that's about. The first email had the wrong email address, the second corrected that "mistake".

The address on the letters is "WOWBuys Ltd, 4-6 Canfield Place, London, NW6 3BT" Company number: 7640973

I've followed each letter to the word and am hoping that sending out snail mail is some kind of indication of good-will. Fingers crossed!

Kat, you are being a sucker. they know they owe you money. they have your address. do you really think that a reputable company would have you go through these hoops to get YOUR money back after seventy days instead of sending you a cheque? they are playing for time and you won't see the money. report them for frad.

Loads of people signed up for the IPAD deal (me included) and those who asked for a refund have started to get their money back.:mad::mad:

    Me too !
Any advice on getting my money back ? paid by debit card have contacted bank and also reported to trading standards !
Now just want my money back!!
  • Since they do not respond to emails and have no contactable address, i do not think anyone will get their money back. You have to wait 15 days and then contact your bank and try to get it back on chargeback. You can get details of this on this site. I have tried everything and this is really the only way. There are so many twists and turns with these people whoever they are it makes your head spin. Total fraud and nobody seems to be able to stop them. Good luck
  • Dont dont dont!! Paid £521 for 2 ipads and guess what - no ipads ever received - it was through a NHS daily deal too!
