there are scammers on amazon marketplace as well as ebay!

Bit of a rant , sorry,
last tuesday I ordered an sd card from online memory through marketplace, when it didn't arrive by monday I tried contacting them. they didn't answer the phone and haven't responded to emails:mad:
got on to amazon and can't open a claim till 9th april!
online memory had good f/b till yesterday, they have now had 2 bad f/b stating non-delivery.
I have ordered lots of stuff either from amazon or mplace, this is the first bad-un.
when amazon refund you do you get the delivery charge back? it was £4.50, more than the sd card itself.
I have managed to find another one on pic-stop in Jersey, for special delivery tomorrow, it's only £10 all in, and they have already emailed me.
It just shows that you can't be too careful, I even checked out online memory's website, I am glad that I paid through amazon and not directly.
