No Feedback, What Do I Do ?

I am new to selling on ebay, one of my highest bidders on one of the items has no feed back at all,
what do i do

Check out where he is registered and make sure it is a country that you ship to.
We were all no feedback buyers once, but if you are still worried, and if it is a high cost item then send him a polite e mail asking him a simple question, anything will do, just to see if he responds in a timely manner. If he doesn't respond or if his mail bounces or anything, then cancel his bid if that makes you feel more comfortable.
Remember though that if you cancel his bids your current price will reduce as your second highest bidder may be being forced up by this 0 feedback bidder.
I'm quite happy for newbies to bid on my auctions, however for very expensive items i owuld just confirm that they have a working email.
