I am selling on eBay, and have sorted out where I sell to.. Had a question from someone reg in Latvia requesting that I allow them to bid as they have a shipping address in the uk. I replied asking if their PayPal address is reg in the UK, and they have replied no, it's Latvia. How should I deal with this? Thank you in advance...

I would tell them that as per ebay guidelines I will only ship to your registered paypal address.House saving Targets:

If they have a UK shipping address, then they input it at Checkout on eBay. When it comes to payment, this then becomes the address attached to the Paypal transaction - so it is covered for seller protection.
Latvia is in the EU, too, so it's not like it's difficult to post to as long as you have the correct postage costs to hand. If you already know the weight of the package then it will take you 5 min on the RM site to find a costing.
If it is something non-electronic worth less than £46 I would bite their hand off at the moment, sales are too slow for me not to."Well, it's election year, Bill, we'd rather people didn't exercise common sense..." - Jed Bartlet, The West Wing, season 4

I must admit that I had a few doubts about selling to non-UK bidders, but having sold some kit to buyers in the US and Greece, I can say I will do it again.Never Knowingly Understood.
