Credit Card Tarting - how long can you go?

Is it possible to transfer balances multiple times? Say like 4 times over 3-4 years? It's just I've worked out that's how long it will take me to pay off my card but this is based on interest-free only.

    i have 21:eek: cards ,most of which had BTs.
    i just applied for HSBC and got accepted:T

    only one i had trouble with was capital who refused me until i wrote them a letter asking why .They had made a mistake and i got it
    living on the "edge"
