Insure Car Insurance

Got a quote today for Insure care insurance using the comparison websites. Was given a particular quote on the website so called up to confirm all the details and to take out the policy.
Having called them up, they stated that they needed to run a credit check to which i agreed as i was paying monthly. Having been told I have passed the credit check im now being informed that i dont meet their criteria to pay monthly yet they cannot tell me why! All the agent told me is that they just get told i dont meet the criteria from the insurers and this is a special rate so is difficult to pass!
Im fuming, they offer me a quote based on all the correct information that i have given them, pass their credit check and now i cant have the product!!!
Anyone else had the same issue?

There could be a minimum premium they will accept by instalments.
Are they stopping you buying the cover or just stopping you paying by instalments?0 -
