OVO - Will They Negotiate?
I'm currently with OVO, but my fixed rate will expire soon. They've offered me a new fixed rate deal which would mean an increase of about 10% in cost. If I were to move elsewhere I could get that down to about a 4% increase along with a bit of cashback.
Does anybody know if they'll ever try and negotiate a deal if you give them a call? I'm guessing that as they're such a small company they probably won't have any 'hidden tariffs' that they can offer?
Thanks

You can try, but even a small player like Ovo have to use a Computer for billing so the chances of a 'Special' adjustment for your bills will be nil.
You've done the Switch homework, so why not use it0 -
