I called the company and they said that it probably isnt their responsibilty as they just simply change the screen and nothing else is touched.
Don't know how they can claim that, it's a complete strip down.

What was the reason for the screen being replaced? If the phone was dropped (hence a smashed screen) it may have caused further damage without you knowing.0

Yes, if it was broken when it came back they must have done something to make it that way.
First, send them a letter giving them 14 days to put the damage right. Warn them that failing to act on this will result in court action. Send it recorded delivery.
If they don't reply, file a small claims case (costs about £30 but you claim this back) and take them to court. Simples.0
