Which NPower tariff? Very confusing!

Hi all,
I have come to the end of my NPower tariff which was a fixed price for 12 months. NPower have put me on the standard tariff now, but have suggested I will save £30 if I go on the 'energy online' tariff (of course, I'd rather research myself).
I don't want to switch providers as it's lots of hassle and they're all as bad as each other.
We came off economy 7 as we didn't utilise it. I'm in all day with my child, so can anyone recommend a suitable tariff? I've spoken to NPower at length and have been to their website, which doesn't give the cost per unit. I'm really confused - why do they have hundreds of different tariffs??

One of their online tariffs will be cheaper, a comparison will tell you which.

Thanks guys, I took your advice and used a comparison website.

Do you get the £100 dual fuel discount? My anniversary doesn't quite match the end of my current tarrif. If you are the same, check you aren't going to lose it if you switch suppliers.0
