If im selling something and my settings are set to no international postage and no one with 0 feedback etc why have i got a bidder from bloody Albania ?

he/she has sent quite an aggressive message demanding to know why i wont post to them.

  • Have you set up your buyer requirement list properly?

Is - 'Buyers in locations to which I don't post' ticked?

You cant block buyers with zero feedback. Best you can do is block buyers with no credit card on file.

They may have a British address on file to which they want you to send the item. They can input a guest address at checkout which is transferred to the Paypal transaction page.

Also - the only blocks against 0-FB buyers you could have are those without a credit card on file. A cheap, light item with interest from overseas is no hassle sending to Albania; all you need is to charge appropriate postage and affix a customs form at the PO - perhaps no more than 5 min extra work. People there aren't more dishonest than people in the UK, and you could improve the prices you achieve.

i used ebays "chat" system to talk to an adviser who told me how to cancel the bid and block the buyer.

Make sure your preferences are set rather than just putting who you have blocked on the listing.
