Adobe Flash Player 10 Plugin
Ad-Aware 2007
DealBulldog Toolbar
iLivid
Windows iLivid Toolbar
WiseConvert Toolbar

Uninstall & update these:

Java Auto Updater
Java(TM) 6 Update 29

Download Version 7 Update 6

Update this:

Adobe Reader 9.5.1

Open Adobe Reader go to > Help > Check for updates

It's hard to know exactly, but it is possible you visited a compromised site hosting or redirecting to exploit code. Updating the software we had you update should help with this.

Finally flush system restore by disabling it then re-enabling it and you're done.
