any one heard of of used Pro-active-legal to reclaim ppi???

New on here but wondered if I should use this company to reclaim my ppi back for me. I have had at least 10 credit card/loans and had 4 addresses but do not have any paper work as I am now debt free. Pro-active-legal phoned me today and said I was entitled to money but they want £299.99 + vat up front, just wondered if…
