Hi,
Not sure if this is the right place for this question, apologies if this is the wrong place.
I'm driving to London next Friday for a theatre trip and was going to try and park at either Epping or Cockfosters car park, I will be travelling down the M11 and should reach London at about midday.
I know these car parks will be used by commuters but does anybody know if there are an spaces left at Midday?
Thanks in advance.
Neil

Thanks, that what I have found on my google searches, everything I've found has been several years old. Thanks.
Anybody know about Cockfosters?0 -
Epping car park is very busy, being the first tube station you get to coming from the east and there are A LOT of parking restrictions in the surrounding streets.
I don't know about the Cockfosters car park, but it's nowhere near the M11, it's off the M1.
You may be better going a bit further in. Newbury Park on the Central Line has 2 large car parks, one of which is rarely full, there's also a large Sainsbury's next to the station where you can park too, although if you're going to the theatre for an evening performance that probably wouldn't be any good.Accept your past without regret, handle your present with confidence and face your future without fear0 -
Would also suggest Newbury Park. I always park there. Am going up to a show on Wednesday. Will let you know if there is any problems.0

Thanks, I'm coming from Norfolk so I can come down the a120

Defo Newbury Park then.
If you look on google maps satelite view, you'll see a long thin car park down the left side of the station on King George Ave, that's the one that's never full.
The junction is a bit tricky there, there's a right turn for the station with a right turn with filter lights immediately after, for that car park you need the second turn signposted 'Superstores'.Accept your past without regret, handle your present with confidence and face your future without fear0 -
Thanks, really helpful.
