I agree with closed. Theoretically there might be fragments of your data hiding amongst the restored system files, but the chances of (i) this being the case and (ii) anyone finding them are vanishingly small. And he is right that there is nothing, but nothing, the average computer user can do to recover a file that has been overwritten even once, so anything buried under your newly-restored system files is going to stay buried. And CC Cleaner will have got the rest.
