'Anti' hoarding?

    My MIL might be described as anti-hoarding. Most stuff regularly gets thrown away (and I do mean thrown away) and we can be relieved she actually likes a present someone's given her if it survives a few months. She despairs of our house I think, but children have a great many more toys these days than when her children were little.
