Interest rates up and up again , you heard it here first.
Joking apart , this will scare the living daylights out of millions of families
These sort of headlines could put the housing market into a full crash. No-one will move and the EA's will HAVE to reduce prices to stimulate demand and then it begins.......................

No picture of Diana on the front of the express? How unusual.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). The comments I make are just my opinion and are for discussion purposes only. They are not financial advice and you should not treat them as such. If you feel an area discussed may be relevant to you, then please seek advice from an Independent Financial Adviser local to you.0

When interest rates start hitting 10% or more, feel free to come back with the hyperbole, in the meantime, a small 0.25%/0.5% rise is nothing, historically:
Conjugating the verb 'to be":

I often wonder if rags like the Mail and the Express have a database of stories, that they've been running for the past ten years, along the lines of:
1) Various themes on how the royals have covered up the “true” story on Diana’s death
2) How immigrants are taking over the country, overcrowding our schools and hospitals, and our politicians are too weak to take action (other than that nice Nick Griffin chap)
3) House prices are due for a catastrophic fall any day now
On any given week, it appears that their headlines scream these sort of scare stories under various guises.
Once quality broadsheets start to run with these sort of headlines, I think we should take notice, but until then its best to ignore the rants0 -
