Premier Inn trying to worm way out of query

OK, so I booked a room with Premier Inn last month so I could spent a weekend with my friend in Basildon. It was a shambles.

The internet was crap (luckily I had my iPad). TV was rubbish, couldn't watch anything else like DVDs what not. And staff were actually miserable and hardly spoke any English.

Anyways my point being is that I supposedly made TWO bookings, how that is possible I do not know as it was to two different email addresses. So they took the £52 for the first night from me, along with the £195 for the 3 nights I was staying there, leaving me short and having to borrow money off my older brother, who really didn't have the money to give, but as I had one night left he had to or I would have starved (not literally but I had to eat ye know). I made a dispute with my bank, who were quick to tell me it was them and that on the same day they tried to take £134 from me TWICE!. Both were declined obviously.

So I emailed Premier Inn and they only acknowledge the £52 transaction, they say they did not try to take a further £134 twice from my account. But I have the email from my bank stating this.

I know this doesn't come into it at all, but I suffer from anxiety, depression, and I have a mobility disability and I am only in receipt of minimum ESA (tried other benefits but nope) and I am literally broke as I was in full time education until my health got worse and left so as i was getting more a month then I have the bills to pay from then to still pay, yes I could ask my parents to help but they have their own bills. And because of this Premier Inn have left me to pick up the charges for the declined transactions etc and for being in an unauthorized over draft when they took the £52 out.

Any advice? I have emailed them a copy of the email nationwide sent to my internet banking account and awaiting the reply, but is there anyone I can see about this as it is really taking its toll on me.
