Extra goldfish points pre-christmas

In early December 06 I got a letter from Goldfish saying that if i spent about £1000 on my credit card between mid november and christmas i would receive 1500 extra points (worth about £10) which would be credited by 31/1/07
1. my statement was issued 28/1/07 and did not show any points. On 3/2/07 i checked online and no points had been credited, so i rang customer services. They said they would show on my next statement
2. Next statement came 28/2/07 - still no points. Rang customer services and advised them i was not happy, and that surely someone could manually add the points. No joy but was told the matter would be resolved shortly.
3. mid march emailed customer services advising them i had used my card for over 5 years spending £5k per year, and that i expected the matter to be resolved else i would go to another company who did want my business. Got a reply advising there was a problem and they were still working on it
4. just got my March statement - still no points.
Couldn't find any other threads with similar problems - am i the only one. Has anyone had their points credited.
Should I carry out my threat. It is only £10 points, but it is now the principle. I have spent over an hour waiting on the phone, and emailing etc, and i don't want to particularly let it drop, but i am getting annoyed.
Any suggestions

I've not had my points credited either.
Goldfish Customer Services assured me that I would receive them, but that was over a month ago.Eking out the cards we are dealt0 -
Why not ask them for say £15 compo instead.
It will be easier for them to do this rather than faff about with some points and you will be slightly better off.0
