Compensation for delay flight back to UK

Hi all
I have read with interest the procedure for making a claim for compensation for delayed flights, however, it does say that I should pursue through the authorities of the country of departure.
Basically, 2 weeks ago I was delayed from Paris CDG to Leeds by over 10 hours. I travelled with Jet2.com and have raised a complaint via the Head Office in Leeds, but wondering if I should write to someone in France and if so who?
Anyone got any tips or advice?

Your claim is against Jet2 based in UK.0

Jet2's head office is in Yorkshire, so whether you contact them direct or the French address above I guess you'll need a translation from English.0
