Egg Money-wrong amount taken

Ok I shouldn't complain about this but Egg have taken too little this month. I pay in full each month via DD. Instead of taking £366.30, Egg has only taken £152.80.
Has this happened to anyone else?
I've taken a printscreen shot of my egg statement showing that I pay in full each month and the balance of the statement in case I get stung with interest charges. Anything else I should do?

Did you pay in some money during the month?

Isn't this the month that Egg pay cashback on Egg Money accounts?
Is the amount they have taken equal to your last statement value less your accumulated cashback ??

EDIT: Just remembered they only pay cashback to a maximum of £200, so that alone can't account for the difference!

Write to Egg (you can do this from their website secure) and highlight that they have taken too little. Ask them to take the correct amount and to refund any interest charges that they have applied to your account as a result since it was their mistake. In my experience, they are usually reasonably good at sorting out these small problems.

Well the following are the only options for the 'automatic' payment by DD:
    1. Make a fixed payment to top up my account.
    2. Pay only the minimum payment due on my negative balance
    3. Pay the full negative balance
    4. Pay a capped amount whenever my account has a negative balance.
It sounds like the OP has #3 selected, or thinks they do. They certainly don't have #2 selected, but may have #4 selected (though £152.80 seems like a funny number to have there.)

    Sloughflint:

    1) Have you had cashback refunded - should have been paid last month and will appear as something similar to:

06 Mar 2007 EGG MONEY CASHBACK £xxx.xx CR

    2) Are you messing with Lloyds TSB's STC promotion and been paying off your egg card in £1.01 increments, or made any other sort of part payment?

    3) Have you had any refunds go onto your card?

Any/all of these can cause the 'end of statement balance' to be greater than the 'maximum payment due' (and will also explain any differences between the end of statement balance and cashback accrued during the month.)
    Conjugating the verb 'to be":
-o I am humble -o You are attention seeking -o She is Nadine Dorries

I have a Nationwide card and just before the DD was due to come out to collect the full amount I had a refund, which they then take as a payment and reduce the amount they claim. This has happened to me a couple of times now and I have not been charged any interested
