Overwhelmed by the list of things to do – how can I keep track of everything!

Ok so me and my oh bought our lovely little house and havenow moved in to it. It’s not a renovation project but everything is dated andnot to our taste and there are several maintenance bits that need seeing to.
What I am struggling with is keeping track of everything
1. the maintenance things - ie re grouting bits inthe bathroom, replacing a broken bathroom fan switch, work to the roof
2. The things we need – ie storage solution for wine, cds, recycling etc
3. Things that we want to do short term to improvethe look of a room - We have 2ndhand furniture from our rented flat combined with dated fixtures and fittingsmeaning that each room doesn’t really fit together well – I am hoping that byreplacing light fittings, adding bits and pieces we can bring it all together abit more until we get round to redoing the room completely.
4. The long term ideas of what we want a room to belike.
Has anyone got any ideas of how we can keep track of thesethings. We will have a spreadsheet of the repairs that we have done so that we lookback and see if items/repair is under warrantee etc but I think I would likesomething that’s more visual maybe not on the computer so I can put pictures etcin.
Apologies if I am not making sense and send me over to another board if its not theright place.

I'm not entirely sure what you mean, but perhaps a mood board for each room? Take photos of each room, get them printed out and stuck in a big scrapbook, and then if you get new ideas you can write then in or cut out pictures from magazines?0

Each room on a separate sheet of A4 write down what needs to be then tick it off once done. No need in going over the top with it.0
