I just got a call from 0207 5176068 and when I answered it was just quiet for a while and then hung up.
I'm sure it's happened before too.

It just means that no salesman was available to take the call when your number was auto dialed. After a short while it will drop the line.0

I had one of these yesterday, it's PPI claims, a total pain in the !!!!. Sometimes it ends up being a fake employment agency too.0

A friend of mine had several of these phone calls and she asked my opinion as to what was going on. I told her the usual answer that an auto caller phoned her but was unable to connect to a salesman. Shortly afterwards her husband ran off with another woman.
At least the mystery was cleared up.
Just thought I would widen the list of possibilities here.It's not my fault your honour, they made me do it.0 -
