1. Entrants must be 18 years old or over.
2. The prize draw is open to all UK, Isle of Man and Channel Island residents excluding employees of Tourism South East and Portsmouth Historic Dockyard, or any associated agencies.
3. Only fully completed registrations will be eligible.
4. Only one entry per household.
5. The closing date for receipt of entries is Friday 31st August 2012.
6. The winner will be selected in a random draw by Tuesday 4th September 2012.
7. The judge’s decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
8. The winner will be notified by Friday 7th September 2012. If the winner is not contactable within seven days, Tourism South East reserves the right to reallocate the prize awarded to the next randomly drawn valid entry or to forfeit the prize.
11. The prize comprises: A family ticket for entry to Portsmouth’s Historic Dockyard for 2 adults and a maximum of 3 children.
12. The prize excludes: (a) Any form of insurance. (b) Any accommodation (c) Travel to and from the destination (d) Any personal expenses and spending money.
13. Tickets are subject to opening times, which can be found at http://www.historicdockyard.co.uk/visitors/. There is no cash alternative to the prize and the prize is non-transferable.
14. In the event of unforeseen circumstances Tourism South East reserve the right to offer alternative prizes of equal or greater value.
