1 month left on mortgage but £5000 owing?

I have a mortgage with the c&g with 4 different loans with vaqrious end dates. I split with my OH 4 years ago and although I am paying the full amount now ( together with a little extra to clear arrears) I have got arrears of about £14000. The b.s called me yeaterday as they contact me every 3 months to see if I can pay an extra off the arrears. However when they called yesterday he said one of the loans ( that I pay over £300.00 per month for ) had only 1 month remaining. I though great that will help me pay off more arrears now. Then he said there are over £5600 of arrears. When I asked what would happen he said they would refer it to the extension team to see if they could let it run on.
He said they will want an income and expenditure for filled in and there is the problem .Although I am managing to pay its only cause I took out some pension funds and my mother helps by giving me some money each month to help out as I care for her.
I am receiving carers allowance and do a bit of odd work for my sister to help my income. My credit score is shot and I am now worried they will turn me down for the extension due to my credit and income status. I still owe them a total of £50000.00 with loand that run for between 2 and 7 years.
The other problem is I have 2 charging orders that have so far prevented me re mortgaging as they would not give the BS permission to re hash my loans.
Where do I stand re the extension?
