    You could

Ask to see the relevant section of the survey

Commision your own survey by a concrete specialist

Get a quote from a specialist eg http://www.alanwood.co.uk/building-surveying/sulphate-attack/

As a buyer I would be impressed the vendor was doing something rather than ignoring it. You never know, your survey may show the original one was flawed....

That is surely the best approach. The survey probably said "We think there is evidence of sulphate attack, but as we are ignorant, and take no responsibility for anything written here, this is only a warning, with no legal liability, and to be sure you should commission your own survey by an expert, not us, sorry, bye bye".

  • most laminate flooring isn't water resistant so really you should use very little water on it if any at all let alone leaving it to dry on it's own
I'm only here while I wait for Corrie to start.

You get no BS from me & if I think you are wrong I WILL tell you.
