RBS More problems????

Apologies if I have posted this in the wrong place, its my first post but I thought if anyone knows of this problem the forum members here will!
I have an RBS Business Account with a visa debit card, Its in credit but for some unknown reason the card when I presented to a terminal ( Ie when I go shopping ) the card is declined, Also this is happening with web purchases.
I went to my local RBS branch today, and the teller advised me I had been the 20th person that came into branch today with exactly the same problem.
I tried the card in the branch and it worked fine....I got home and went to purchase a printer on Amazon and the card was declined...I went to another retailer exactly the same thing?
RBS are offering no explanation so anyone here know what I can do? Apart from moving to a new bank :rotfl:
