Royal Mail section/thread?

Is there a section on MSE re Royal Mail failures and compensation?
Please be polite to OPs and remember this is a site for Claimants and Appellants to seek redress against their bank, ex-boss or retailer. If they wanted morality or the view of the IoD or Bank they'd ask them.

In a word. No. There is no RM representative on here. There are however some posties and x posties who may be able to help out with any query you may have.

For RM direct, you're better contacting them via twitter

No but the heaviest users of RM are probably us on the ebay and other auctions forum (see my sig)- so if you have a specific question why not ask there?

My main question is how long do they take to investigate complaints and reply?

I had an item - sent by Special Delivery - which failed to reach me. I complained and was sent a form to complete, which I did, months ago. Still waiting for a response.

Now, an item which I sent - by Special Delivery (next day, costing £9.75) - 4 weeks ago, was "returned to sender" according to the Royal Mail Track and Trace site, when I inputted the code. It wasn't returned a week later and so I complained online and received an email acknowledgment, but again nothing since.

Yes, and name and post code written on the Special Delivery plastic envelope provided by the Post Office.

Thanks. Now, it's even more curious! It lists 29 movements for this 1 parcel. Last time it just said returned.
