    A much better article. Sounds like someone's been reading online fora (or more likely someone here or on PepiPoo fed the lazy journos with the info).

    Pity about the spelling error in the very first line, and it's a pity there's no reference to who actually holds the contract (i.e. not the PPC) but nonetheless there's plenty there to have Perky and his ilk choking on their champagne.
