Just an example of how bad an article can be. Complaints anyone?

I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.

Clamping appeals ? Doesn't he even know that clamping is being made illegal on private land ? What an absolute shocking article to write, no research at all on the subjectExcel Parking, MET Parking, Combined Parking Solutions, VP Parking Solutions, ANPR PC Ltd, & Roxburghe Debt Collectors. What do they all have in common?
They are all or have been suspended from accessing the DVLA database for gross misconduct!
Do you really need to ask what kind of people run parking companies?0 -
I've sent a mail to him pointing to the errors. Other mails may get through to him.I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.0

Another fine example of desktop journalism where all the reporter has done is to regurgitate a press release (probably from the BPA or POPLA themselves) with the addition of a quote from Paul Watters at the AA. This is how organisations and businesses are able to get their "news" out these days knowing that with fewer reporters on the ground but a constant demand for "Polly Filler" stories it is their spin that will get through everytime. Atrocious. My very sincere apologies for those hoping to request off-board assistance but I am now so inundated with requests that in order to do justice to those "already in the system" I am no longer accepting PM's and am unlikely to do so for the foreseeable future (August 2016).

For those seeking more detailed advice and guidance regarding small claims cases arising from private parking issues I recommend that you visit the Private Parking forum on PePiPoo.com0 -
Interesting to see that our comments have been noted and the text of the article (on the website) has been edited:

Not a very good editor then.
""are only able to appeal to the enforcement firm. If that fails, they are forced to either pay the fine or pursue the company through the courts.""I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.0 -
