Just a bit of praise for a small company, https://www.flavourmagic.com

I ordered a small gift for my brother (salt grinder with 3 flavoured salts) last Weds night online. Delivery said 2nd class post, and as i needed it for this Monday, thought i'd email and ask if this would be possible. Thursday morning, they called me to say they'd already posted it first class for me to make sure i would get it ! They wouldn't accept the extra for the postage either. It came on Friday morning.

Such good customer service and i would recommend them to anyone.

Sadly, the praise threads generally fall from view very quickly.
