I spent 31.00 on flowers for my mothers birthday which she never received. They would not refund as they were a fresh product. They attempted to redeliver but must have sent them to the wrong address.
I am 31.00 out of pocket and would not reccomend them to anyone.:(

  • Assuming that you paid with a credit or debit card, contact your card issuer and explain what happened.
    Tell them that as the goods were not supplied, you wish for them to do a chargeback for the relevant amount.

    This means that if they agree, they will attempt to take the money back from the retailer and refund it back to your account.
