100% feedback but bad comments?

Hi

I am selling a few items on ebay at the moment and someone has bid on one, and when Ive checked their feedback, lots of the comments are bad, but all shown as positive??



How can this happen? Im a bit of a newbie when it comes to all this!

Not sure you are allowed to post someone's i.d. like that?
This buyer is a serial non-payer!! 43 false positives out of 50 - really?! Never seen anything like it!
you should be able to cancel the bid and block her!
If sellers had done the right thing and opened non paying bidder cases on this buyer then she would not have got past 2 strikes without being pretty much banned from buying from Ebay
(Check your settings, you can block buyers who have been given 2 or more strikes for non payment...)
False positive feedback from sellers is a bit pointless really...

sorry - I didnt realise I couldnt post someones link. I will remove it. I just didnt know what to do. I will check my settings now.
