Just managed to get a house, woo hoo!
Ive ust gone back to work after being unemplotyed for a year so money still a bit tight! We need almost everything for a house
anyone know the best value places to buy things liek cookers/fridge freezers/washing machine/dishwasher etc? or any special offers on at the minute!

Hi Irishsorne,
The best advice I can give you is that, if you buy cheap, you get cheap and all too often the associated baggage that comes with it.
If you can balance what you need against what you spend. For example if the washing machine is more important to you, allocate a bit more money to that over, for example a cooker or microwave.
You can buy smart though.
