    Shortfall in itself is not grounds for complaint. Complaints about returns (or lack of) do not need to be answered.

    What rudeness?

    The fact is that there is the possibility of a claim being made at maturity despite all the rules and regulations laid down by the FSA and interpreted by FOS.
