Space Kitchen Help!

I'm here looking for some advice. In 2010 we had a kitchen fitted by Space Kitchens, at that time we were not aware of the bad reviews of this company and the cowboy staff.

After we had this kitchen fitted we've had nothing but issues, after calling them out, they coming out and "apparently" fixing it, more or the same issue would arrise again. To note, we've had to call them about 5-6 times because of faults.

Well today was the last straw, our washing machine currently broke down, so orded a new one from Argos which is due to come tomorrow and argos told us to disconnect the old one so they could take it away. But disconnecting it wasn't as simple because of how these cowboys have messed up the water connections.

After managing to move the washer slightly, all our cuboards at the back are full of mould and they failed to tell us they didn't properly seal a old pipe which has been dripping for god knows how long and now all our bottom cuboards behind are ruined with mold.

After trying to find a phone number online to contact them (the number we had no longer works), came across a review which said they had gone into administration  so how am I supposed to get this issue fixed and I highly doubt our guarantee will be any use now.

We called a plumber to see what's wrong but is there anyway we can take Space Kitchens to court are at least do something about this company?

I have no idea about the legal side of things- did you pay for any of it on a credit card or do you have legal cover on your home insurance? Those might be options to pursue?

In terms of the mould, have you tried cleaning it up? I know it sounds obvious, but I had a sideboard that got very bad mould in the conservatory of my new house. I thought the back of it was completely ruined and would need to be replaced, but I tried the dettol mould and mildew removal spray on it and it completely got rid of the mould. Might be worth a go?
