Boiler cover for one that is already broken
My GF has just rented out her home - 4 weeks ago and the boiler has broken
a local guy has had a look and said it needs some board of some kind but wasnt 100% sure.
What are her options now.
I know British Gas do landlord cover called Repair and Cover 200 which is £99 for the initial callout as it is already broken and then £20 a month from then on.
is that the best option or are there others to go for.
Should she just insure/repair as herself or as a landlord and what other places do this kind of cover - eg already broken boiler cover.
thanks in advance

British Gas Repair and Cover 200
maybe they are in a league of their own in which case they get the business. worth checking on a moneysavingexpert forum though don't you think?0 -
Agreed they will cover after repairing. However they will probably say, "spares not available better buy a new one from us"This is an open forum, anyone can post and I just did !0
