my mother died leaving a small house (value £55,000) between 5 of us. My brother wants to buy the house outright and is willing to pay us fairly. I am in an iva and my brother has always helped me with debts. Our agreement is that I will sign over my share of the house to him and our debts will be clear. Will my iva manager accept this, as it means i will not be getting any inheritance. I'm really panicking about this
