Oh Robin - so sorry to read you'll no longer be updating your diary but glad you won't be totally withdrawing your wise words from us. It will be brilliant to have updates about your travels when you start them. What a hard decision to make about leaving the Nest when the time comes but I know how much you enjoy travelling so a good decision overall. I must admit I've had a few tears in my eyes reading your post - you started this diary before Mr SA became ill and I remember reading it and thinking how awful what happened to your DH and wondered how I would cope little knowing what was around the corner for me. Thank you for all your support on my thread and please "visit" from time to time.
Wishing you all the very best for the future xxI get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)0 -

Happy New Year Robin and CD. I'm so sad to hear that you will no longer be updating your diary. Selfishly, I adore being transported into your world with your amazing writing style, and perhaps a little less selfishly, have enjoyed lending whatever support is needed.
Your advice has been invaluable so I am comforted to hear you are not leaving MSE for good. I await the day we can meet in RL.

So sorry to read that you are leaving your diary - you have been a source of knowledge and wisdom for a lot of people.
I am loving the plans you have for the future - maybe if you come to Suffolk in the future you can park up on our field?
Hope to see you around on some diaries in the not too distant future.
Sending hugs to you and CD0 -
Dear Robin
I am so sad that you will not be updating any more. I loved your writing style, and revelled in your adventures, and was happy and sad for you along the way.
I have sensed quite recently that there were some internal struggles, and you have had to make some big decisions. There were also some sad instances which I guess took some of those decisions out of your hands.
I do totally understand your decision and believe it to be right for you at this time.
Thank you for sharing your journey with us. Love to you and CD xYou're not your * could have not of * Debt not dept *0
