storage heaters verses new system
ive just bought a house built in the sixties with all its storage heaters and economy seven etc. My question is whats the cheapest more realistic way to heat the house. I have gas to the building and i also have a east to west facing roof. Please help i want to save money i can do alot of my work myself ie radiators etc thankyou:beer:

Gas CH and DHW is by far your cheapest option, though you have to assess the initial capital outlay involved.
And consider that such a property without gas CH is not attractive to most future buyers, so installing it should push up the value of the property.No free lunch, and no free laptop
