HELP!! Bird droppings Arggghhh

In my back yard there isn't a lot of space but right below the aerial on the roof apex are my wheelie bins which are covered in bird muck every day. The easy answer is to move the bins but room doesn't permit.
What I would like to do is be rid of the birds altogether ((((legally of course))) Anybody got an obvious brilliant suggestions PLEASE!!

I know you can get bird of prey models/silhouettes which MAY scare them off. If it's any consolation I was sitting in my garden in the beautiful sunshine today when the biggest seagull in the world sh@t right on the table, just missing my cup of coffee.
