  • If you can prove you have taken alternative insurance from the renewal date you should be able to get a refund.

    The situation you are in though is entirely your own fault. Not to tell them of a change of address is just plain daft. And the fact you took another policy without checking your own renewal price is quite amazing.

    I read today that Admiral insure around 3.4 million cars. For you to expect a personal phone call to renew is ludicrous.

    They seem quite capable of ringing me personally and all the other 3.4 million when they want to sell broken window or courtesy car extras so why not! ;)
