LOL. Come on now. By all means have a go, but don't screem that it's the pot thats black.
I don't think you understand what I mean by a novelty account, IE one set up with the sole purpose of having a shout at another person, EG all the "Ree" novelties, "TingTong", "AberdeenAngarse" etc. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. Oh right....I don't understand!? Tee hee.
This particular novelty account of Laura's is VERY clever, having set it up 2 years before Hamish's arrival.
That's some forsight, I'm sure you will agree!

Victory.I might have sent you a percentage; not that you will ever need it of course.
Heavens no, I suggest you donate it to the "capitulating crashaholics fund".
Just pop over to hpc, look in one of the obscure sub-forums where the mods hide all the evidence of those who realised they were wrong, like "anecdotals" or "about hpc", and you'll find no end of dejected hpc-ers giving up and buying a house.
Although as almost all of them would have been financially better off doing so pre-'crash', they really do need all the help they can get.

What I'm about to type just might be true.......
My friend has just reduced the asking price on her property by £10K. That's 2 viewings and two reductions since it was put on the market a few months ago.
Seems this bit of anecdotal does tally with Rightmove's recent reports, and most other headlines about the property market.
So, selling prices are simply based on supply and demand, demand being largely dictated by how generous the banks are feeling.30 Year Challenge : To be 30 years older. Equity : Don't know, don't care much. Savings : That's asking for ridicule.0 -
I think the current price of broccoli is more distressing!0
