Stopping Drinking Alcohol, any advice??

    I've only had a handful of drinks in the past year after a decision to cutback as I couldn't handle the hangovers, (not even with drinking heavily!) - and working in a corporate environment there is pressure to drink so you are made to feel odd... I don't let it bother me though, and I prefer having a clear head and none of that feeling of dread waking up after the night before, oh and having lots more money in my pocket. Oh and life is much more simpler without the hassle and arguments that are often caused by alcohol!

    Do whatever is right for you - it is your life and your body, but well done on doing it xx
