NPB closed - what message does a buyer receive?

I am about to close yet another NPB - my 3rd this week - just wondering what message the buyer receives from Ebay, do they know that they get a strike?
Also I opened 2 cases on this buyer for 2 NPB - I guess that is still 1 strike?

I think it does only count as one strike unfortunately.
I haven't seen the message for years, the last one I saw was along the lines of 'dispute against item no xxxx has been closed by ebay and an unpaid item strike was recorded on your account'.
(I saw that one as the buyer asked me what this all meant as she had been buying and only paying for stuff she decided she could afford and as this was some years ago she had actually had her account suspended by ebay)I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards.
