Cheap tickets to London from Southampton are available by booking from Southampton to Brighton routed via NOT LONDON (do not use via Barnham) in peak hour i.e. arriving in London before 1000. This ticket is valid as far as Clapham Junction (make sure train stops at Clapham Junction) and then a ticket from Clapham Juction to London Terminals. These tickets are Standard day Returns valid anytime. 27.20 Southampton to Brighton & 5.20 Clapham to London Terminals which is 32.40 as against 72.30 making a saving of 39.90
