Additional Travel Conditions for the Holiday

Choice of cruise destinations and dates are subject to availability. Travel will be subject to flight and cruise availability at the date of booking. The Promoter accepts no responsibility in relation to the prize winners’ conduct or their guest’s conduct once the prize/s are claimed by the winner.

Cruise must be booked before 30th November 2013 and must be completed before 31st December 2013.

At least one person travelling must be over the age of 18 and parental consent is required for all travellers under the age of 16.

Extensions to the validity of the prize will not be allowed unless first authorised by the promotional agent.

All travel must be booked via the Promoter’s travel agent and is subject to the Royal Caribbean International standard terms and conditions available at https://www.royalcaribbean.co.uk/terms-and-conditions

Once booked, cruise cannot be altered or amended and not refunds are possible.

Flights cannot be used in conjunction with any airline loyalty programme, any other discount, discount coupon(s) or vouchers(s), promotion(s) or special offer.
For the avoidance of doubt, the prize does not include travel to and from the winner’s home to the airport, additional gratuities, shore excursions, laundry, drinks or other travel expenses unless otherwise stated, or any other costs of a personal nature not stated for winner and guest.

Travel insurance, which is mandatory, is not included in the prize and is the responsibility of the winner and their party.

Passports and Visas are the responsibility and cost of the prize winner (minimum 6 months validity beyond return date). For all US trips, UK Passport holders must hold a valid ESTA (electronic tourist visa) from the US Embassy, which can be applied for online prior to travel. Anyone not holding an ESTA will be refused boarding at check in or turned back from the US upon arrival without exception. The Promoter or Royal Caribbean International cannot be held responsible if the prize winner or any of the travelling party fail to obtain the required travel documentation.

There is no cash alternative or refund for unused portions of the prize.

The prize winner and their party are responsible for and must comply with any health advice / regulations / inoculations required by any destination country. Any associated costs for this are the responsibility of the prize winner and their party.

The Promoter or Royal Caribbean International will accept no responsibility for hotels / tours / transport companies etc. being withdrawn or amended. In the event of this, Royal Caribbean International will endeavour to offer a suitable alternative.

The prize can only be redeemed against the itinerary originally identified. These are not changeable.

Additional passengers may be added at the prevailing rates, subject to availability.
