Im in a bit of a mess at the moment. A youth group organised a trip to Amsterdam from 30th - 1st. The tickets were free but out of the 6 chosen people chosen to go a few dropped out and they couldnt change the names on the ticket tomine so I have to buy my own ticket there.
They are leaving from Gatwick I think or might be Heathrow at 10.35am on Friday 30th March and returning on Sunday 2nd around 6.00pm.
I need 2 tickets, (adults) to and from amsterdam. Dont mind what airport and the time has to be near the above times
Do you reckon I could get returns for under £100 each?
As you can se it's only 3 days away so need to book my tickets ASAP!!!
PLEASE HELP, im 17 so dont know anythign about this.
PS: If I book the tickets using my sisters card would she have to collect the tickets? I can only book using her bank or credit card and she certainly wont be going to abny airport with me!
THANKS!!!

Is that return or just single?
I thought there were flights going for around £30-£50.
We are both 17 so would it be possible to make use of some discount codes? any 2for1 offers?
I dont really have a clue on this subject. Just checked easyjet and ryanair, both too expensive!
Thanks for your help,

Easyjet from Luton, 09:10, £70.99
VLM to London City, 16:00, £68.38
Total £139.370 -
There are but not if you try booking 3 days beforehand PLUS it's the start of the Easter holidays PLUS you want to travel on a Friday to one of the most popular weekend destinations from the UKI thought there were flights going for around £30-£50.
For example flying on Saturday 14th April, returning Tuesday 17th April would cost £47 but doing the same the previous day would cost £70 and doing it Friday to Sunday would make it £850 -

You say £85, is that return or single?
Only reason is the rest of the group are going on Friday and coming back on Sunday, they pay for the hotels so really cant stay any longer.
Looks like im screwed!:mad:0 -
If your Mama or Papa have any Airmiles, you can reduce the cost to around 64 pounds per person.0

You will have to go on the boat for that money. Search for Dutch Flyer with Stena from Harwich, you have to phone them at short notice though but it might still be cheap (it's £25 single including the train from London and to Amsterdam, if you book far in advance). Otherwise consider Eurolines coach or Eurostar to Brussels.
I would expect all of the above, and definitely all the budget airlines, to use etickets, so using your sister's credit card won't be a problem at all. Just read the online forms carefully so you put the right name as the passenger.
As for airlines - check Ryanair to Eindhoven as it's a nice easy journey up to Amsterdam. It's just the luck of the drawer if the flights you would need/want are booked up and so now expensive for the remaining seats - you might be lucky.
