Slimming world recipe ideas please?

I am going to visit my friend on saturday night who has recently joined slimming world. Her first weigh in resulted in a 6lbs loss, but this week she says its will be harder due to legoland, visitors and other incidentals. However its my first night out in ages and we want to enjoy a few drinks (at her place) and relax.
I said as she has been so busy I would provide, bring or cook dinner that is within a slimming world limit. Ideally it needs to be a low sin meal as she would like to have a couple of measured vodka and diet cokes.
I don't mind eating s/w recipes, from what i can see its basic low fat, healthy eating. However I want to create something with a bit of a "wow, that was really tasty, can I have the recipe please?" factor to it. Stick a piece of protein, carb and veg on a plate isnt going to do that.
Any ideas please?

Aww thanks Gilly and after all your hard work and effort to post, she has just come back to me and said salmon is a treat she doesn't often have, so i'm going with that.
I'll google the s/w site and see if there is anything there.
Thanks, those recipes look lush.0 -
If youre going to drink coke you should drink the proper version and not the diet one.0

But that isn't helpful to my dieting friend is it? Anyway, despite not needing to diet i've never liked the taste of full fat coke. Each to their own, I guess that is why we have variations.0

Personally I really like those smoked salmon fillets that you can buy but these

Salmon with chilli, lime and ginger are on offer at £3 in Sainsburys at the moment. They are very low syn or possibly free. Sainsbury's also do their own chilli & coriander fillets which are free. I'd serve with a big heap of stir-fried veg with just some soy and 5 spice. If you're very hungry have noodles (dried) or plain rice with it. If you want a pudding have a big bowl of raspberries/strawberries with a dollop of Total 0% yogurt and sweetener to taste if you need. All that will leave loads of syns for the vodkas! Have a great evening!0 -
