Easigo Accident Management Company

Hi all,

Has anyone got any experience of the above company?
Their website is accident-management-services.com

I contacted them earlier regarding a recent accident and was hoping to use them to deal with my claim (found the company through google)

Everything was going to plan with an initial call with details and then got a call back asking a few further details but the number that called was a mobile number which I found a little strange. I tried to do a bit of reasearch on google and all i could really find was adverts for the company etc etc - normally you would expect to find some reviews and peoples experiences of using the company whether good or bad?

It has left me wondering whether this is a legit company or not and i cannot work out if im being paranoid or have reason to worry

Anyway any advice on the company would be fantastic.

thanks in advance

Andrew

is this spam or a company with a stupid name
Don't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.

What are the circumstances of the accident ?

Are they putting you in a hire van?

    Thanks for your replies..

My van was parked outside my house and got hit by a third party.
Yes they said they would provide a hire vehicle whilst my van is in for repair - i am awaiting another phone call tomorrow with details.

I have not commited anything with them and so can use any other company so if anyone has any other recommendations i would be very happy to hear them...
I am not claiming through my own insurance as they have been useless over the last 11 months and 2 weeks and would charge me for a hire car - plus with my previous experience with them I do not want to deal with them and cannot wait to see the back of them

Don't know how good or bad easi go are, I suspect it's run from a very small office or his home address as above.

If you want your van back asap, claims management companies sometimes hang the repairs out as the longer you're in an expensive credit hire van the more commision they make.

You will be signing a credit agreement to pay for the hire costs of the van if they cannot recover them from the other Insurer, some companies waive this but you need to check as the hire costs can run into thousands.

You can contact the other Insurer directly, if the claim has been reported to them and they've accepted liability they will normally move heaven and earth to get your van repaired and arrange a hire van at their cost with no risk to you.

Expect a first time poster to appear on here in the next few days singing the easi-go's services.

If you need advice on contacting the other Insurer ask on here, it's quite simple.

Do you know which Insurer they are with

I've never heard of them, and I'd personally give them a miss.

Although they are limited and are authorised by the MOJ, the sole Director appears to be a nominee director based in London.

The MOJ shows that they use numerous trading styles:

Easi Go, Easi Go Accident Management, car-claim-2day.com, accidentmanagementservices.com, easigo-rta-claims
