AutoAid Question

Hello,

I need to take out a breakdown policy and am quite keen on the AutoAid package. I know that free cover is available for your spouse, my question is as I am due to get married in 3 months time, would my husband-to-be automatically be included once we are married or do we need to be married from the start of the policy?

Thanks for your help

Give them a call as you will no doubt have to change your surname after the wedding or are you staying with your maiden name.
They will send out the modified documents with your changes.

They have some sort of wording, that indicates being married is needed, to get joint cover.

So guess you'd just need to tell them, once you've got firmly under your thumb!!

But don't forget to check, in case you've already got breakdown cover with...

    the finance on your car(s)
    home insurance
    bank account
    car insurance
warranty with the car when you bought it
